In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to Silver Spring Networks by a recruiter, agency, or vendor without a signed agreement, Silver Spring Networks explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter, agency or vendor.
